Description

A rich and creamy non-alcoholic Irish cream, perfect for coffee, desserts, or as a standalone treat. This delightful blend combines velvety textures with a hint of sweetness, offering a comforting indulgence without the alcohol. Whether served warm or chilled, it’s a versatile addition to any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the instant coffee granules and cocoa powder until evenly blended.
  2. Heat the base: Gently warm the whole milk in a saucepan over low heat. Gradually stir in the coffee-cocoa mixture until dissolved.
  3. Add the sweetness: Slowly whisk in the sweetened condensed milk and maple syrup. Stir continuously to avoid clumping.
  4. Incorporate the cream: Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Flavor it up: Add the vanilla and almond extracts, stirring gently to combine all flavors.
  6. Cool and store: Remove from heat, let cool completely, and transfer to a bottle or jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before use.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of whole milk slightly.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Shake before each use to ensure the ingredients remain evenly mixed.
