Instructions

  1. Bloom the Gelatin

  2. Heat the Cream Mixture
    In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla over medium-low heat. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

  3. Incorporate the Gelatin
    Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved. Strain for a silky texture.

  4. Pour and Chill
    Pour the mixture into ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
