- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Lemon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the Base: Combine the chopped cucumber, mint leaves, and 1 cup of water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Mix: Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey (or sugar), and remaining water to the pitcher. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Chill: Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- To serve, Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over them, and garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness based on your preference by adding more or less honey/sugar.
